Diary Notes
Diary notes can be added to each entry into the diary. The notes field can be used to record exercise done that day, or maybe your weight. The notes field can hold alphanumeric input and will be recorded along with nutritional values for that day. You can add diary notes by selecting the 'Diary' tab and filling in the appropriate fields.
