Main Graph Display
The graph that is displayed on the main screen of Runner's Mate software is created from your monthly total workouts. It is meant to be a quick display of your progress for the month. Although you can not edit this graph you can display other information in the graph pane of the program by selecting the "Graphs" button at the top of the program.
Right clicking on the graph displays a menu that allows you to Print, Save the image of the graph, zoom to default, and more. You can zoom in and out of the graph by left clicking on it and scrolling your mouse wheel.
